@edshann you may be right about NewCO2 but my rationale was that they may see this investment as not part of their "core" and therefore be willing to part with it. I don't think management are in a position to look after both VIV and the CO2 businesses going forward. In addition, I suspect commercialisation will require further funds and VIV will not be in a position to supply them. What they could do is float off part of their holding into a new entity whereby VIV gets some of the funds from the float (to compensate for their reduced holding) and the new entity also gets funds from the float and is therefore sufficiently funded. This same thing happened to another share I own (spec mining company). All guesswork on my behalf, lets see what develops and how the next quarterly stacks up.
