I've never stated who I think is involved. I have posted public domain information on the issue of waste management in America. To ignore the mechanics of doing business in waste management in the US, given we are talking about IGE's significant undertaking there, is missing the big picture.
Given that the responsibility of funding has always been in the domain of GEP and they are they guys also procuring waste, it's up to them how they get waste and how they get funding. Both issues are core to the plant proceeding.
These types of cut and paste websites are mostly always error prone, but I don't think GEP gives a rats arse about the website, they just need the funds. What some may call shady associations, in America is how certain industries are operated. To obtain such significant amounts waste they must deal with existing organisations whoever they are.
