so the Convertible Note with Regency, as announced, where they hav deposited $ 1.2 MILLION, would be at what conversion rate, I WONDER ... nothing disclosed .. the East Star was at TWO cents, the Rights Issue at 1.5 Cents ... Regency at ..???? ????? and market bid price of $ 0.003 that in my mind is One Third of ONE CENT !! and that to for the huge number of 17,527 share at $0.003 = $ 52.581
