The offtaker would be getting a pretty good deal if it offered a pre-payment in exchange for a price discount of say 5-10%. Worst case the offtaker is getting zero interest to park their money. Best case it gets paid interest in the form of the discount. All whilst also getting a secured supply. Enough reasons why a pre-payment is not out of the equation.
