Just when I think that I have seen WMX (aka.. BLK....) sink to its lowest point, they out do themselves again.

Another $80m in equity and debt, just for stage 1!
(just to clarify, the raising is for $40m, but... that is to ensure they can then access another $40m in debt!)

But... don't worry.... If this 'small' amount does not quite get locked in, they have a back up option!
