For what its worth DD, that guy I spoke with on the class action thread reckoned the co. has 6 months grace on debt which expires early December. He expects the co. will fold around this date and bankrupt.
I've chucked it in mate.... there's nothing to be gained from pursuing any further, it only creates an expectation that there is a probability of regaining our investment $$$s. We're cooked as far as my reckoning goes.
All we can now do is wait till the show collapses and write off our losses against tax.
