this is just a furnace to burn waste of course, and use the heat for electricity. Perfectly fine, just depends on how well it is sorted (remaining metals filtered out etc beforehand), burnt, air filtered/treated and ash safely re-used (often in asphalt for roads). Still, just burning waste.
