Thanks for yr reply and info, especially your reference to the Company Secretary. I also found that he was quite abrupt and short with my enquiry.... 'condescending twat' went through my mind at the time!

Anyway, as it turns out, my (our) negative thoughts as to the practicality of the Rights & SPP, being undertaken during this 'rocky' time, have been proven beyond doubt.

Yet again, inept management seem to have been able to guide a 'potential new iron ore producer' to the point of possible administration. Oh well, another piece of paper into the bottom drawer I guess.
Fingers crossed that the major share holders can get this company by the scruff of the neck and throttle some sense into them.....before it's too late!
