can some one please tell me why any one would hold this stock. yes I was a believer not so long ago but I bailed out when it flew on news of oil flows etc . Akk don't receive any meaningful returns on the oils discovered because they have such small %%% after the farm outs. if you don't accept this then DYOR its all there. some of the latest wells are down to 5-6 % to AKK that's why they can participate cause the driller gets all the oil. so the free cash flow will peak next quarter and then start to fall away cause by the time AKK get there bit I reckon my car will leak more oil than what the wells flow. as for POO its a mirror image of what RIO and BHP are doing with Iron Ore flood the markets and smash all new supply, might take a year or so but the long term will be higher prices, from less completion same game as the Saudis are playing so don't expect POO to come back for a while.
