So the first agreement expired, the terms of which were unbeknown to any shareholders. Now we have a second agreement for $5m @ 0.007 in lieu of $7m @ 0.025. What a debacle. Where can we read the FULL terms of this agreement. When does this one expire? The ATM machine is bone dry. Needless to say we're CACTUS
