You're correct Scott, Moto Engil are mining contractors .... they want the mining contract ... they are Portuguese / Spanish ... not much civil work in those countries at the moment and Africa is climbing higher on the sovereign risk scale, so a nice "little" project to mobilise people and equipment ... their share purchase would have probably been to secure becoming the "preferred contractor" ....
Again, I am only speculating .... but gives us something to chat about in the absence of news from the CNQ Team.
