    They checked it out and it wasn't required. FIRB not required as its a loan not an equity investment ( I assume).
    While disappointed in the price movement today, gave me another opportunity to buy. In the past it's taken a few days to a week or so for the price to move, I think it will give management an opportunity to have a chat to those that are interested. Happy we can finally get started. The share price will look after itself.
