Ann: Funding update, page-45

Just save your graphics file as a JPEG somewhere (on the desktop if you use a Mac or else use the Windows equivalent location), compose a new message, click on the new message page that you have opened to put the graphic where you want it (usually below the text that you have entered), go to Upload a File box at bottom of screen, click that, find the file, click again, and you should have inserted your graphic into your message. You then have 3 minutes to try again should you stuff it up the first time. You can also use the Preview option if you like; just to make sure the graphic is in the right place.
