updated trading policy for shares/ for all companies is the same..

1. Don't get caught if insider trading..

2. Don't admit to-- when caught insider trading..

3. Make you u sell all ur shares before calling in the administrators..

4. Tell your shareholders how good things are going before 3. above, allowing 1 & 2 to be executed before moving to point 3.

Shareholders thus carry all the risk.. are told nothing honestly and tend to lose everything or make money purely by accident.
