Not a great sign.
The underwriting agreement they signed contained a provision for the underwriter to walk away or renegotiate terms following what might be deemed a substantial fall in the SP which has clearly occurred. This is a standard clause to protect the underwriter.
The funding update states they terminated to in order to be able to obtain greater funding for additional acquisitions. Let’s see you settle the most important acquisition they could possibly do being top level.
Management yet again not covering themselves in glory in my opinion. Many of those that were given stock from the last few raising a want out at their entry price but no chance of them now.
I will wait for 1c before I see value.
