We agree on these points. There is no evidence thus far that 240ktpa is attainable, they are nowhere near that in signed off take agreements. If a partner came along to develop the mine you would hope it's because they have buyers already lined up.
As for the factories, yes I also find the lack of specific details unfortunate. This is a huge 2 weeks for the company, hopefully they at least offer a timeline for some of the information desired.
