I like the honest reflection. I will point out though that the last raise wasn't at a premium. It was announced 12,500,000 shares at $0.40, and on the day of said announcement the stock was at $0.43. The stock ended up falling below $0.40 after the raise was announced probably due to the tough market conditions.
You're right though I think 44 is unrealistic.
