Hi TradingHault, you may well be correct - I guess the market will tell us when it is ready!
I do find it hard to see your reasoning, not too say you are wrong, but paying to receive money they are normally entitled to claim in arrears does not compute to me, other than negatively.
As I say, you could well be spot on.
