Maybe some optimism, however, the words on these forums from particular posters makes me think otherwise. Call it an opinion but the amount of crap that has happened it's hard to know, but I believe my filter has been accurate.

The courts may have a say in the long run so that advice they received in the form of carpetbaggers may change some minds. I recall one line that RM mentioned and it referred to something along the lines of a "resolution". That gives me an indication that some things are not about the money!

..and of course the Mining Minister may also reconsider the evidence to clear his name and decision. It may look more like they were badly advised rather than the corruption finger pointing.
