    So re-reading this announcement, today is the day that the funding schedule is updated, not the date that that funding is received. Hope I'm wrong.

    Not sure what the restrictions are in Netherlands, but I couldn't imagine a massive crew of construction workers would be allowed even if the dollars were in today.

    keeping my hopes on ice..
