Mr Brian Engel, the President of SGC stated:
“I appreciate that this represents a slight change in timing, but I assure you that the contracted
US$90 million loan facility will be delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. After
the Chinese New Year, when the banks re-open in Hong Kong on Wednesday 29 January, the
process of transferring assets to the SGC funding bank can proceed.
