So if RES won't go to the shareholders to test the mood for a possible capital raise.
Then

We as shareholders can approach RES to establish their interest in receiving a CR offer.

Perhaps RES will then be obliged to provide more info on likely hood or not of receiving funding, even if not on favourable terms.

Before they go into admin, I would at least like to know what RES has been doing to get funding and if they are still in negotiation with any possible funders.
