    KP2 cash at Jun23 = 2.6M. each quarter spend 1.2M. so at end of Dec23 cash will run out.

    if SQM and QIA take up their shares, they will inject 3M new fund.

    This extra amount will cover the expense pass end Mar24. right on time for the financial package.

    This news should arrive by 1st Sep. given they have 21 days to respond.
