You could be right. I'm only basing my assumption off what was released in this announcement:
I could be misreading it, but I interpret this as David Hathorn (Chairman of KP2) is a director of Harlequin Investments. He may not own the fund but he is a director of it, and this is the vehicle he's using to put money into the fundraiser.
Not to fussed if I'm wrong; he's still willing to put 200k on the line.
