    As mentioned previously; I am not putting in one additional cent unless something material happens between now and 20 August.

    As much as like the tech, I cannot think of anything this year which has caused a major improvement from this time last year and those who participated in the last SPP are now sitting on a 44% loss.

    The SPP is not even underwritten.

    I hope these other options will be beneficial to shareholders not cause even further dilution.
