On any share I'd be a buyer at 1 price and a seller at a different price.
You seem to have a good nose. That road ready fuel won't be ready for a long time I fear. But there is a chance and some potential in the technique (but uit needs some funding....) that is imo worth more than your offer of next to nothing. You offer less than 1% of the last traded price.
What was your low ball offer that you had put in the market, maybe I would sell at that price to fill that order.
Well, what makes yur offer a formal offer, and how should I formalize any offer to satisfy that?
