I must be missing something! Is this Plant, which has been shut down, ready for action, or is it old and tired, like I, ready for new action, or "takeover"? Any Processing Plant left dormant for a time corrodes, rapidly. What costs are projected towards an efficient processing operation before HGO contemplates hiring processing workers to move towards production? Salaries and bonuses, in my view, are awarded for positive production.
I am not denigrating LW's imput, which is mammoth, but we are stagnating, right now. What can they do now?
