Of course they were used, why do you think they issued them to themselves in the first place. Major problem is they were not paid for and as per the company rules unpaid shares CANNOT BE USED FOR VOTING. They don’t have voting rights so if they crunch the numbers does this mean they have to put a spill motion through as a spill motion is passed from last agm with this error being fixed....
