    I guess they couldn't keep on ignoring the ASX for ever.
    I wonder what these new "sophisticated investors" from regency make of this announcement. They pump in $2m and still the stock can't trade!
    I guess ASX compliance must still have doubts about TKF's defence of the CN issue?
