    You purposefully mislead institutional and retail investors for years to pump your own stock. You not only lied in numerous investor updates, so you can cop an eye watering compensation, but you also spent around 80m from the shareholders' contributed equity on low value add items instead of expanding the resource base. In other terms, you destroyed shareholder value without any consequences. Get out!
