I’m just curious as to what your investment process was and when you invested.

As you state with the FUM number each month, didn’t that concern you that it was walking out the door consistently on a monthly basis?

Where you taking a punt that they would turn it around?

This is the issue with this stock and it’s supporters. There were three materially fundamental issues which kept being ignored:

1. Underperformance
2. not reading the room and adjusting their almost criminally high management fees
3. perceived unrest within leadership

They were too late to address the above issues.

As someone pointed out you have a number of the staff stuck with “incentive” shares that need to be paid off at materially higher prices.

To cap it all off you have Hamish dumping his stock well below where it had been trading.

It doesn’t really paint a rosey picture as to where this is all heading
