Thanks @lost - u managed to run the FY estimates yet?
H2 standalone will be bleak...but i suspect FY24 will be even worse for Magellan esp if this type of fund perf continues and the remaining clients wake up to the fact that the returns are sub par at best...
insto outflows (although very large) have been all over the shop, but retail (the more concerning) has been consistently dropping about -$0.5bn a month. There has not been a slow down to this. That could equate to another -$6bn retail outflow next FY, the largest margin earner.
Cant wait to see how they "dress" this in the results....may need to revise that 5 yr strat plan...!!
