Looked like the market was expected a rally on some performance fees or performance by MFG. But really $11m ain't much after waiting a year and a half since the last accrual, and having the falling Aussie dollar probably doing a lot of the work. Fortunately for MFG the US market has been buoyant. So they lost 5% of their FUM, but made 1% for the month, with the SP500 up 5%.
Looked like the market was expected a rally on some performance...
