Maybe more "instrinsic value shrinking business" vs "intrinsic value growing business".
I meant that LYL is a business you can get your sell decision wrong (i.e. hold when people say sell) and sooner or later in the long term it will pay off (because it has a rising intrinsic value - cyclical but rising). PTM is more a cigar butt type investment with a structurally shrinking intrinsic value. You can make a lot of money out of cigar butts but you need to get the valuation right.
