Good luck! You are probably correct that this will be a roller coaster. Might need to have a go myself eventually ;-)
NTA is probably now 53c, once you take out the "one-off" $12m in cash costs announced in that last restructuring announcement.
There might have been some seed recovery, but they're now somewhat factoring that earnings into keeping the dividend at 6c, otherwise the NTA will slowly drip down each half unless they reduce the dividend.
