    Some investors diversify and buy multiple fund managers to prevent loss of one Magellan impacting returns (which was unsaid in above posts).

    Some investors don’t judge detail of business as it isn’t clear how and when the business can turnaround. It is more about the business sector.

    You and I might think that is like buying a lottery ticket, but others have succeeded and failed investing in worse businesses.
