I absolutely agree with you on this, he delivers the doom and gloom message with such arrogance also, like he knows better than everyone but is proving to be the perfect example of the "broken clock analogy", "even a broken clock is right twice a day".
I'm also getting tired of them talking about how good they think their investment portfolio is and the long-term value of the company yet never buyback shares.
They are actually generating pretty god returns on investment in their funds and I still think there's considerable value here, I just think we need better communicators and leaders as the current format isn't gaining the confidence of investors to move funds over to them for investment.
It's more than just returns, Kerr was a much better leader IMO and he gained peoples confidence as a good steward of capital.
It can be very frustrating seeing a good company like this wither away year after year.
