MGOC performance for December 21 is out. They have beaten index by 1.4%, on 3 months performance is behind by 0.7% only now. I think this is the early stage of MFG performance getting close in line with index on 3 months basis. As you can see the world markets are showing volatility that was expected playing out and this is the only the beginning. So next few years will once again become the play field of stock pickers compared to indexes investors, I hope. As someone mentioned in this forum few other active managers also have had a hard time, not as much as MFG of course.
