The point of the post was to show that Magellan’s downside protection isn’t true and is a marketing statement. It is a worst case scenario based on reversion to the mean PE Ratios. It was also based on forecast EPS, 23% best case and 29% worst case (Current EPS). Remember, I added the forecast EPS as you said investors look at future EPS.
