Firstly the abstract that - Morning star says no Active Global Managed Fund had a positive return for the year is wrong . Platinum International International did. Maybe they men the listed management which is the table they show. Which is typical poor journalism to suit their story.
They mainly quote Andrew Clifford and perhaps since Platinum Asset Management has done well in funds performance or he thought it a good time to be quoted.
Note in his normal quiet way he says he thinks funds inflow will rise later in this calendar year but not just yet. Which is the jewel in the article, I draw your attention to.
