The thing I really like about management is that they demonstrate time and time again that they will act in the interests of customers and shareholders and not simply for themselves. I know this sounds like a warm and fuzzy type comment but really, I can’t think of another company on the ASX that genuinely puts the interests of either at the centre of decision making rather than looking after themselves.
