Bennelong....numbers compare well, Magellan perhaps slightly better over the 10 year or inception.
My point is anyone can pick and hold 20-40 large/mega cap names and ride the wave of cheap debt/QE and the longest bull market in history.
I covered Magellan as a broker for 5-6 years....plenty of other PM's more insightful and better at implementing than Magellan. That said they are still raising $$ and still in business and scandal free....as a shareholder i'm happy right now.
