You may not understand the mindset of a value investor, who does not need to does not need to see green after day 1, month 1 or year 1. We don't trade as much as we wait. We don't need markets to move when we want them to. We don't call others names just because they talk may more than they do.
Time is a very equitable leveler. Investors in MFG, this is not advice, but those who laugh last, laugh best.
Want another little gem from this old man ' look up penny dreadful Soul Telecom. A 100 bagger from yester year that made this investor look stupid for 3 years, before it became TPG and $12 per share.
MFG is not going to do that because it is not a penny dreadful. It will be a 2 - 4 bagger, just like Metcash was 4 or 5 years ago when the world only valued retail giants and burned nimble profitable minnows who were considered "terminal". I am out now because I dislike retail, but how sweet that little cherry tasted.
There have been many before me that have travelled my road and there will be many after. Most have done very nicely for themselves playing a long game to the final siren, rather than celebrating a win at 1/4 time.
