Everything has its price, right.
As negative as I may have been at time, there's still some good optionality in the business and a pretty good footprint. Plus there's significant cash backing on the balance sheet to give it time to sort itself out. Is that worth more than $1/share, maybe/maybe-not, but you can make a good argument each way.
They need a decent distribution strategy, and a couple of decent new products to sell IMO. Performance is only a small part of their problem.
