I don’t think it’s worth catching this falling knife if it’s impossible to put a cost to the brand destruction.
In this industry it is all about reputation and once it is lost it will very hard to recover, the poor performance will become the self filling prophecy of internal problem
On the other hand, I like to believe a sound business is bigger than the ceo.
Their investment in BJ are doing well and so long it is not accelerating decline in FUM then time may do it’s job.
but end of the day, the short term odds are still against MFG and for this reason. I will continue to be a bag holder and see what happens in the coming months. If anything material changes then the decision to sell will be executed, until then. Let the market decide what it is worth
