thats not wrong but have you seen the performance of China last month? from some of the indices I look at China was up anywhere from 20-33% on the month!. Given Platinum is so overweight in its funds in China its not hard to see where the big outperformance came from.
Long run Platinum is really a bet on China versus US....AC says as much nearly every time he writes inclduing in this months update.
