the problem is these stats are backward looking, not forward looking. frankly i do not see the downside protection if we have a change in market leadership away from growth/tech. the entire history has had the benefit of growth exposure during declining rates. it is very likely the next 10 years will not be the same as the last 10. these pictures are a nice bit of fund marketing material.
