as you have said in other threads, as a small investor, and if one is trying to buy and forget, look for businesses, where there is no key man risk, and its the underlying business, rather than the key man that is important.
Or as Buffett says: prefer a wonderful business with an average CEO to an average business with a wonderful CEO
