The unfounded statements here about active versus passive investing are beyond mind boggling. These active funds largely invest in the same companies as passive. So if one is going to be a nightmare, I can't see how the other one won't too. If you for a second think that active managers are magical divine human beings who know how to impeccably outperform and manage risks better to indexes, then all I can say is...
