Why bother though? Instead you can just buy ASX 200 and go to sleep. ASX 200 provides the most rounded type of return - 9% p.a., with usually 50% of that being dividends. By buying just one thing, you save fees, you get 1 letter in the email, and on 1 form to input into your tax return. I feel like by buying a whole bunch of different things, you're going to sound smart but actually earn the same return because I assure you some of those will underperform and some outperform and balance out into an average.
The S&P 500 and an investment property is what will give you generational amounts of capital growth. If you buy both those things as well you'll probably average out to 12% per year.
